Written submissions<\/em><\/h3>\n

Written submissions should be at least 500 words and come with a selection of supplied imagery. Specifically, imagery that you have the rights to use.<\/p>\n

We consider both donated submissions in exchange for bylines and backlinks, and paid submissions.<\/p>\n

Photo editorial submissions<\/em><\/h3>\n

Photo editorial submissions will need to come with a pre-edited and curated selection of imagery.<\/p>\n

We also need at least 300 words of copy to accompany your images if you wish these to be submitted for consideration online. We cannot publish images alone.<\/p>\n

Please ensure you also include and title and share all associated credits you would like published in the editorial.<\/p>\n

Our RUSSH<\/em> YouTube channel is a live performance space. We’re always looking for ways to promote and support creatives, and we would love to feature you here.<\/p>\n

If you wish to send us a video, here are a few guidelines.<\/p>\n

Shooting format should be 1080 x 30 frames.<\/strong><\/p>\n

iPhone<\/em>
\nTo create this setting on your iPhone, see here.<\/p>\n

Samsung Smart Phones<\/em>
\nIf you’re a Samsung user, you should be able to access the information for changing your video settings in a quick google search for your model of phone.<\/p>\n

General notes on filming<\/em><\/h3>\n

Film in landscape mode, not portrait.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please make sure you are in a quiet environment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please make sure your face is well lit<\/strong>, i.e., don’t film with your back to a window or you’ll appear in a silhouette.<\/p>\n

Once you press record, wait 2 seconds before<\/strong> speaking. Don’t push stop until 2 seconds after<\/strong> you’ve finished speaking.<\/p>\n

When completed, you can upload to your favourite sharing site (Dropbox or G Drive) and provide us with a link. Alternatively, please email info@russh.com<\/em> with the file or link.<\/p>\n
