These conditions must be made clear to whoever made the offer.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">7<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.3 Employees must never solicit discount travel or accommodation for themselves; nor misrepresent their role to secure any form of travel discount or accommodation.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">7<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.4 All international travel must be approved in advance by the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Publisher<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">8<\/span><\/i><\/b><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Personal gain, gifts<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">8<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.1\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">It is illegal for employees to make personal gain from content published on our platforms.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Employees must not request any money, travel, goods, discounts, entertainment or inducements of any kind outside the normal scope of business hospitality.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">8<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.2 Bribes are to be rejected promptly and the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Publisher<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">should be informed immediately of any offer or request to pay a bribe, or other inappropriate payments.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">8<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.3 Gifts of cash (any sum) are never acceptable.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">9<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.4 Employees must never solicit or request any gift or benefit for themselves or anyone else in connection with their employment.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">8<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">5<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Employees<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0must declare any gifts of a value over $120 by logging this on the gift register available to all employees<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
